Award-winning host Chef Ming Tsai has moved out of the studio and into his loft kitchen in downtown Boston. Each week, he shares the space and its picturesque views of Boston's skyline with a variety of his chef friends. Ming also goes "On the Road" taking viewers on a tour of the Rhine River Valley, where he explores the ins and outs of the Alsatian food, wine and beer scenes.
