Award-winning host Chef Ming Tsai has moved out of the studio and into his loft kitchen in downtown Boston. Each week, he shares the space and its picturesque views of Boston's skyline with a variety of his chef friends. Ming also goes "On the Road" to hot food-centric US cities to explore all the ins and outs of their diverse culinary scenes.
